More Names For Sónar

Jean-Michel Jarre, Roots Manuva and Kelela among new list of acts added to the bill for the festival

Another wave of names has been announced for this year’s Sónar Festival in Barcelona with Jean-Michel Jarre, James Blake and Roots Manuva among the names newly added.

Jean-Michel Jarre’s appearance will mark the world premiere of his new live show which will see him play tracks from his two new albums as well as past material. The SónarCar stage has been redesigned for this year and will see Four Tet and Laurent Garnier each play seven-hour sets. German techno label raster-noton will host a special 20th anniversary showcase at Sónar by Day with Byetone, Alva Noto and Cyclo all confirmed to play.

Also added today are Flume, Kelela, Jackmaster, Stormzy, John Talabot, Boys Noize, Nozinja, Jamie Woon and many more. They all join the previously announced New Order, ANOHNI, John Grant, King Midas Sound & Fennesz, Oneohtrix Point Never and more. To get tickets and find out more information, click here.
