Truss and Tessela's Poly Kicks label lines up special project for next release

Next up on Truss and Tessela’s recently relaunched Poly Kicks label is an EP of locked grooves from audiovisual artist Haroon Mirza. You can check out a little background on the creation of the record in the video above.

The third release from the label following on from a 12” from Tessela released last month, the release comprises 50 locked grooves made with custom 12”s using glass, cardboard, sellotape and more. The record has come about from recording and processing the various loops and compiling them on two identical 12”s, which are designed to be played together. You can play any loop on the record with any other loop to unlock the music within. It’s out on January 25 and records from Truss and Tessela are set to follow on the label.
