Underworld are set to release their seventh studio album early next year in the form of Barbara Barbara, we face a shining future and you can check out a taste of the album in the form of the teaser above, entitled ‘Shining Future Part 1’.
The album is said to find the duo “creative reborn”, made up of seven tracks that are “fleet-footed, raw and spontaneous – a direct result of a strict working process in the studio that saw the band write entirely new music each time they met.” The pair have also announced a run of tour dates for the new year with shows at London’s Roundhouse scheduled for March 24 and 25. Tickets for that will be on sale from 9am this Friday (November 27) here.
