With the impending release of the new album from Stara Rzeka, the last under this guise of guitarist and composer Kuba Ziołek, just around the corner, tQ is very happy to give you the first listen of the album in full - you can check it out above.

Entitled ZamknÍ≥y siÍ oczy ziemi, it was recorded with additional help from Innercity Ensemble's Radek Dziubek, Wojciech Jachna and Jacek Buhl. “Some of those songs had been composed even before the debut album was released,” says Kuba Zio≥ek. “I managed to gather a lot of music during those two years but I had some problems concentrating on Stara Rzeka, mainly because of my activities in other bands. And so this album lay shelved for over a year.” Kuba Zio≥ek still intends to continue performing live following the retirement of his Stara Rzeka moniker through different projects.
