Last month I had the pleasure of visiting Amsterdam’s Dekmantel Festival for the first time and you can have a read of what I thought of it here . Among the festival’s five perfectly curated stages was the Boiler Room area and over the course of the weekend, this area played host to sets from Objekt, Call Super, Pangaea, Tama Sumo, Young Marco and many more, all streamed live via Boiler Room.

Also among those that played was Robert Hood who took up his Floorplan alias for a special closing set on the first night of the weekend’s activities at the Amsterdamse Bos. With the recordings of all of the sets from Boiler Room due to be shared soon, you can take a look at that set, in full, above exclusively. The set saw him play back-to-back with his teenage daughter Lyric and included, as is now customary from Hood, two outings for his modern classic, ‘Never Grow Old’.
