Astor Piazzolla - Tango: Zero Hour
I love tango music. He's the king. It's a very sensual, sexual, incredibly seductive musical style. If you've ever watched anyone do the tango, it's just a magnificent and poetic thing to behold. I've dabbled in it. When you do it, it's an incredible feeling. Piazzolla's one of the great masters of the tango, him and Carlos Gardel. But there is something about this record that is just like when you can feel the blood pumping. It's recorded really well. When it goes for the heartbreak, it absolutely succeeds. I give myself over to his manipulation. And again it's a record that I return to time after time. I co-own three bars and Tango: Zero Hour has been on all three jukeboxes. Including one still currently. It's just a phenomenal record. I've tangoed to this record, absolutely. I've tangoed in Argentina to it.
