Damon Frost is adding to his already mightily impressive CV - he's already got BMXer, street dancer who pioneered popping in the late 80s and member of hip hop groups Magic E and Hearin' Aid on there - with a new EP, eXPLAIN mY dRIVE, out on Matthew Herbert's Accidental Records. Frost is dubbing it simply "dance music" and composing on vintage hardware, throwing out hazed, fractured boom bap cuts like opener 'sTEP-uP', which we've got a first play of - listen above, and get hold of it at Juno after it's released on March 30.
