Raging Bull – (Martin Scorsese, 1980)
"Well, I had to pick one Scorsese movie and I'm just going to have to go with Raging Bull. I love that movie. Whenever it's on cable TV I have to watch it. Even if I tune in halfway I just have to watch it all the way to the end. I mean, I love the director. Like Kubrick, he's a master of style. The use of the black and white photography, the slow motion, the powerful performances, the epic stature of it. It's just an amazing film."
