Here's I've Begun To Fall In Love from the upcoming Personal Appeal compilation

On August 5, Care In The Community
will be releasing Personal Appeal, a collection of outsider music icon R. Stevie Moore's rarities and self-releases. They draw on the material he released between 1973 and 2001, some on his uncle's HP Music label, but mostly through his own Cassette Club, run from his New Jersey home, which amounts to a characteristically vast amount of output. The label have cut it down to 15 tracks, packaged alongside liners notes from former collaborator Irwin Chusid, with Moore himself declaring: "This is a great list of track choices! Finally, not the hits again, but hidden gem obscurities. I dig it lots…".

We've got a first play of one of these, 'I've Begun To Fall In Love', itself originally featured on his early experiments compilation Phonography, released in 1976. It's a freaky little number, playing out Todd Rundgren-esque pop symphonics in miniature, delivered through lo-fi dabs of synth and a vocal turn sounding like a particularly taciturn Brian Wilson - have a listen below:
