As is now customary, tracks recorded for Speedy Wunderground get a dub remix from label men Dan Carey and Alexis Smith, and last week's sterling collaboration between Bat For Lashes' Natasha Khan and TOY, 'The Bride', is no different - we're excited to host a first play of '(Here Comes) Dub Bride' (fine pun) below:

The rework does an excellent job of putting Maxim 'Panda' Barron and Charlie Salvidge's ridiculously in-sync rhythm section up front, creating a track that's all breathless propulsion, with Khan's vocal and waves of guitar and synth noise occasionally rearing, dizzyingly, into earshot.

'The Bride' is released on July 1, though its limited run of 250 7"s is now sadly sold out. Stay tuned to tQ and the label's site for future updates on Speedy Wunderground. In the meantime, listen to the original below and read our interview with Carey about the label.
