Ghosting Season: New Single & Tour On Way

Apophenia set for release in July, preceded by live dates in May and June

Excellent Mancunian electronic duo Ghosting Season have announced a new single, 'Apophenia', their first recording since last year's ace long-player, The Very Last Of The Saints, out on July 29 via ascendant label FIELDS.

It features a guest appearance from Her Name Is Calla's T E Morris, with the band describing it as "the experience of seeing connections in randomness, and patterns where they don't exist - a condition which fits the aesthetic sensibilities of the band all too well", with b-side, 'Arrhythmia', a "six-minute wall of euphoric, lighters-to-the-skies synths".

Ahead of the release, the band are playing a whole set of dates this month and next as part of a FIELDS label tour - have a look below:

Thu 23 - Bungalows And Bears, Sheffield
Fri 24 - Chorlton Arts Festival, Manchester
Sat 25 - Social Club, Paris
Thu 30 - Kazimier, Liverpool
Fri 31 - Dance Tunnel, London

Sat 8 - Brudenell Social Club, Leeds
Sun 9 - Parklife Festival Afterparty at South, Manchester
