BleeD Host Diagonal Night: Powell & More

A mighty fine line-up in London on 10th May

BleeD Music have announced that they are to host a night with the excellent London-based label Diagonal on 10th May. It will take place at Stoke Newington's Waiting Room, and is the first showcase for the label so far, which made quite an impact last year with a pair of great, strange and corroded EPs from label boss Powell (one of which featured a remix from one of UK techno's figureheads, Karl O'Connor, aka Regis).

As you can see from the flyer above, the night features a host of great names: London crew Blood Music, who are about to release an EP via the label, Russell Haswell, who also has "rhythm-based" music lined up for release via Diagonal - and of course Powell himself, whose DJ sets have a reputation for being hugely varied, drawing for post-punk, rave, techno, no wave and more. In addition Blackest Ever Black duo Raime will be DJing. For more information and tickets, click here.
