IF WE SHOUT LOUD ENOUGH - Record Store Day Teaser from gabe deloach on Vimeo.

Quietus favourites and sadly-missed Baltimore punk trio Double Dagger are set for a Record Store Day double whammy this year.

April 20 will see their final album 333 on shelves, as well as the release of If We Shout Loud Enough, Gabriel DeLoach's documentary about the band's final two years, taking in the recording of 333 and their last tour.

Have a watch above of Baltimore music historian and dapper fellow Tim Kabara introducing the band, followed by a brief indicator of what their live show - about which Quietus ed John Doran once said "they nearly tore the building down [...] I ended up covered in beer and bruises. Everyone was diving off the furniture. Even the bar staff stopped serving drinks and came round to start moshing instead" - was like.

The album will be released as a limited edition LP, packaged with a DVD of the documentary, out via Thrill Jockey. Keep an eye on the label, also, as they'll be releasing Walking Field, the debut album by Peals, Double Dagger bass player Bruce Willen's new band.
