'Husbands'/'Flying to Berlin' double A-side set for release on August 6; gig at The Electrowerkz in London announced

Savages, the Quietus' favourite new band (trademark), will be repressing copies of their double A-side single. 'Husbands'/'Flying to Berlin' will be released on clear vinyl on August 6 via Pop Noire Records. Copies of the original pressing are now sold out, so you'll need to be quick off the mark to get one of the new discs - have a listen to 'Flying to Berlin' below.

They've also added another London date to their current headline tour - they'll be playing The Electrowerkz after hitting festivals across Europe throughout August and September. Meanwhile, to get yourselves up to speed with Savages' louche, goth-tinged rock, with its heavy dub-like bass and psychedelic overtones, have a read of Luke Turner's interview with them, as well as our Q&A ahead of their Shacklewell Arms gig.
