The next edition of the Subsonic shows at the Garage to take place on 20th April

On 20th April, the next edition of Fred Perry's Subsonic series takes over the Garage, London, with Greg Wilson and Afrika Bambaataa playing the main room downstairs.

Greg Wilson's set goes under the sub-heading 'Reels Of Steel', which sees the legendary electro DJ - who cut his teeth at Wigan Pier in the 80s, as well as playing at the Hacienda in Manchester - add a visual element to the music. Joining him is Afrika Bambaataa, celebrating 30 years since the release of 'Planet Rock', a hugely influential recording on later waves of electronic dance music producers (and DJs, including Wilson himself).

Elsewhere in the venue, Dalston's Disco Bloodbath take over the 'Legends' room for the night, and Dollop are in charge of the 'Discovery' room.

Tickets are £5 and available from the SubSonic site.
