Daniel O'Sullivan, who keeps himself spectacularly busy with Aethenor, Grumbling Fur, Miracle, Ulver and so on, has posted a track from the forthcoming Mothlite album on his Soundcloud. Once again channelling the spirit of Talk Talk and the best of gothic pop, 'The Underneath' is strange, shimmering psychedelia, with lyrics of things "lost at sea". It will be featured on new Mothlite album Dark Age, which is due on Kscope in 2012, and apparently is built of "Love, death, death of love, self-loathing, megalomania."
