David Lynch’s Return of the Jedi
The other Lynch film we all would have liked to see is the third instalment of the Star Wars franchise, which he was reportedly approached to helm. Now, there’s every chance it would have been an overall failure, like the Dune film he ended up making. But just maybe, if he had done Jedi instead and Jodorowsky had done Dune, we’d be living in a very different world.
