Arctic Monkeys will release their highly anticipated new single 'Crying Lightning' through Oxfam's network of charity shops.

The track will be available to buy from all of Oxfam's 700 stores from August 17 and will feature a cover of Nick Cave & The Bad Seed's classic song 'Red Red Hand' as the B-side, as well as containing an MP3 code allowing fans to download the songs for free.

The indie scamps are set to be the first band to sell a new release single with Oxfam for 25 years.
