Akira

Sure, it's just an animation; but few movies make you feel 'wronger' than Akira. There is, of course, the scene when Tetsuo halucinates his guts falling out and frantically tries to scoop them back in. Much worse is the end in which, after loosing an arm and replacing it with scrap metal, he seems to loose all distinction between his body and the rest of the world — ballooning into a tumorous mess of veins, flesh and debris, squashing people like grapes in his fat rolls.
