Re-Animator

Resurrectees: Dr. Carl Hill, Alan Halsey, some corpses in a morgue and a cat
Time Spent Dead: Variable
Means of Resurrection: Re-animator serum
Side Effects: Drowsiness, slurred speech, super human strength.

While there are plenty of run-of-the-mill zombie films out there, there certainly aren't enough of the zombie film's older, wiser brother - the Frankenstein movie. Re-Animator, based on the H.P. Lovecraft short story, sees the morally flexible scientist Dr. Herbert West trying out his serum which re-animates living tissue to catastrophic results. A gore-fest worthy of Peter Jackson or Sam Raimi, Re-Animator is like Flatliners but more believable.
