The Gossip have announced details of the forthcoming new album Music For Men.
The Portland-based trio have been hard at work in Malibu with producer Rick Rubin recording the follow-up to the impossible to avoid smash Standing In The Way Of Control.
Music For Men will be released on June 22nd, preceded by the single ‘Heavy Cross’ on June 15th.
Beth Ditto told NME.com that the record will be something of a smoocher: "There’s a shit-load of love songs in there," she told the website. "Writing down the tracklisting, we had about 14 songs and seven had the world ‘love’ in the title. I had no idea I was so romantic."
