Fret-fiddling Oxford outfit get in on Butlins bash

Minstrels of meta-emo Foals are among four new additions to the Breeders-curated May instalment of ATP.

The Oxford five-piece, whose Antidotes LP was produced by Dave Sitek and released to much applause in March, will join ex-Hella member Zach Hill, The Soft Pack and LA-based post-rockers The Holloys as fresh meat for the ATP grinder, which cranks into life at Butlins in Minehead, May 15-17th 2009.

Among other acts confirmed for the festy are the imperious Deerhunter, Gang Of Four, Bon Iver, Holy Fuck, Throwing Muses and The Breeders (duh).

Tickets to the event are on sale now from here, here, here, here and here.
