The Devils

The Devils is loosely based on The Devils of London by Aldous Huxley. The book is scandalous enough to make the Marquis de Sade blush and the movie didn't pull any punches with the critics. Roger Ebert gave it zero stars which only makes me like it more. The story is padded with Ken Russell's trademark heavy handed but awesome religious imagery.
