He Who Cannot Be Named (The Dwarves):
Guitarist with legendary US punk rock band The Dwarves, He Who Cannot Be Named unwittingly contributed to The Dwarves self destruction back in 1997 when they released a press release stating that he had died, despite him being very much alive. Unfortunately, their label Sub Pop didn't see the funny side and dropped the band from soon afterwards. According to frontman Blag Dahlia, nowadays He Who Cannot Be Named is still unnameable, but works with children with learning disabilities when he's not playing in punk bands.
