Nick McCarthy of Franz Ferdinand and Andy Knowles of Johnny Marr and The Healers (and an erstwhile Franz touring musician) have formed a production team, The Nice Nice Boys, and here’s their debut single – ‘Round Town’, a collaboration with London rapper Marvellous Macc Mello:
The track was recorded in McCarthy’s Sausage Studios and is out now via his and Knowles’s label Meat Records (there’s a theme emerging here…).
While this is the first material to emerge from the production duo, watch this space for more meaty developments.
