Bo Ningen Play Cat Soup Soundtrack Tomorrow

In a preview of this year's Branchage International Film Festival, Bo Ningen will play their explosive live soundtrack to award winning anime film Cat Soup at Peckham Car Park tomorrow eve. Free Entry!

Tomorrow night (Saturday 3rd Sept) Quietus favourites Bo Ningen play their incredible soundtrack to Cat Soup in the unique setting of Peckham car park. We’ve already raved several times about this show, which was a big hit at last year’s Branchage Film Festival in Jersey, so don’t miss this rare encore (and free) performance.

Tatsuo Sato’s Cat Soup (2001) is a crazy psychedelic Anime with the enigma of a Jodorowksy film and the amusing depravity of Ren and Stimpy. Bo Ningen’s score ranges from dreamy Krautrock to violent noise bursts – perfectly matching the epic range of the film.
