Last week, Wire opened their Red Barked Tree assault with two brilliant shows for the Quietus at the Lexington. Now, for those of you not lucky enough to be among the 400-odd people there, Wire have announced a very impressive set of tour dates around the UK, Europe and Australia. These will be in support of their brilliant new LP, Red Barked Tree, which is out on Pink Flag in January. Those tour dates, then, by the end of which Robert Grey’s arms will resemble the branches of an English Oak:
