serpentwithfeet has shared details of his third album, GRIP.
Out in February, the record centres Black queer nightlife, a press release says, honouring "the communities that are nurtured within the walls of [queer spaces] and the monumental impact that they have on the lives of many people on the margins." To mark the album’s announcement, serpentwithfeet has shared a video for lead track ‘Damn Gloves’, which features rapper Ty Dolla $ign and South Africa artist Yanga YaYa. You can watch it above.
Secretly Canadian will release GRIP on February 16, 2024.
