Call Super Unveils Fourth Album, ‘Eulo Cramps’

It will be released through can you feel the sun in October

Call Super has a new album on the way.

Spanning nine tracks, Eulo Cramps is described by the artist as "one of the most personal things I have ever been able to share," and blends electronics with free jazz, improv and vocals from Eden Samara, Julia Holter, Elke Wardlaw and Call Super themselves. Their father, David Seaton, also plays saxophone on the record. You can listen to the album’s three cuts featuring guest vocalists just below.

Eulo Cramps takes inspiration from past trauma and forests, and forms part of a wider creative project titled Tell Me I Didn’t Choose This, which takes in music, poetry, painting and writings. The project will be exhibited from November 27 through to December 1 at St. Mary’s Church in London, with featured paintings and artwork set to expand on the themes of the album.

This is Call Super’s fourth studio record, following on from releases through fabric’s in-house label Houndstooth and Incienso, the imprint run by Anthony Naples and Jenny Slattery. This latest record will arrive through can you feel the sun, the label Call Super runs with Parris.
