London club Printworks has shared details of the more than 40 events that will make up its final season this spring.
Beginning on February 4, the venue’s last run of shows will kick off with an event from LGBTQ+ promoter and festival Body Movements, welcoming queer collectives such as Adonis, Chapter 10 and Herrensauna. Another event that month will see Belfast’s AVA Festival host a London edition with Max Cooper, Courtesy and more on February 24.
On March 3, France’s Ed Banger record label will mark 20 years with a lineup that is yet to be announced, while Erol Alkan, Jayda G, Derrick Carter and Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor will all play the La Discothèque event on March 10.
Heading into the venue’s final month, London promoter The Hydra will host an Easter weekend takeover with events each day from April 6 to 10. Across that run of dates, The Hydra will link up with fabric, Tresor and legendary UK club institutions in FWD>> and Plastic People. The lineups will be announced at a later date.
The final weekend is scheduled to kick off on April 28, and full details of what Printworks has in store for its closing are currently under wraps.
