London venue Village Underground is marking its 15th anniversary with a month of club nights and live concerts this September.
Spanning 17 dates, taking place between September 1 and 27, VU15 will see Village Underground team up with club and gig promoters such as Eat Your Own Ears, Jazz Cafe, Loud & Quiet, Slow Dance, Percolate, Krankbrother and Touching Bass. Among the DJs set to play the venue across them month are Paula Temple, Optimo, DJ Nobu, DEBONAIR, Channel One Sound System, and a Hyperdub-affiliated special guest that is set to be revealed at a later date. Gwenno and Wu-Lu are among the live acts scheduled to play the venue across the month, and a number of events and acts are yet to be announced.
