UKAEA Releases New Tape, ‘Where The Tide Broke’

Dan Jones' latest release was captured during a live-stream for the Suffolk-based collective Sonitus

UKAEA has released a new cassette.

Titled Where The Tide Broke, the two-sided tape is Dan Jones’ first physical release since a 2018 split tape with Basic Vanilla that came out via Extreme Ultimate. In the interim, Jones, who is a leading act in a range of artists that tQ has come to know as New Weird Britain, has put out a number of digital EPs via Bandcamp.

Where The Tide Broke, which is available on Bandcamp, is a recording for the Suffolk-based collective Sonitus that was live streamed via YouTube in April of this year during the UK’s COVID-19 lockdown. You can watch the stream back above.

Where The Tide Broke is out now via Bunkland.
