Stereolab Announces Final Album Reissues

2001's 'Sound-Dust' and 2004's 'Margerine Eclipse' are the focus of the final part of the group's album reissue campaign

Stereolab will round-off their year-long reissue campaign of all of their albums with two final releases late next month, this time of their last two albums: 2001’s Sound-Dust and 2004’s Margerine Eclipse.

Both albums have been remastered and expanded for the reissues, taking in previously unreleased tracks and demo recordings dating back to the sessions around each album. You can hear ‘Baby Lulu’ from Sound-Dust, as well as a demo version of the track, just below.

Both reissues are due out on November 29 via Warp Records and the band’s own Duophonic UHF Disks label. Stereolab will continue to tour Europe and the US throughout the rest of 2019. Find their full list of tour dates here.
