Minimal Compact will next month release their first album in more than 30 years, in the form of Creation Is Perfect.
The record sees the group reconvening to re-record a number of their classic tracks together with Wire’s Colin Newman, who is a long-time collaborator of the group. There’s also one brand new track featured, and above, you can hear the group’s 2019 update for ‘My Will’, a track which originally came out in 1985.
"The new version of ‘My Will’ sounds bigger and warmer, and has more presence than the original," says Malka Spigel. "Like other tracks on Creation Is Perfect, it is the most fully realised recorded version of the song to date."
They’ll release Creation Is Perfect via their Minimal Compact label on October 25.
