Converge are releasing a new album, Love Is Not Enough.
Comprising 10 tracks, the band’s 11th studio album follows 2021’s Bloodmoon I, which they made in collaboration with Chelsea Wolfe and Stephen Brodky. The new LP is the group’s first made solely with their four core members – vocalist Jacob Bannon, guitarist Kurt Ballou, bassist Nate Newton and drummer Ben Koller – since 2017’s The Dusk In Us, however.
In a statement about the new album, Bannon said: “It does a thing that no other Converge record does – it keeps ramping up. And that’s definitely by design. Internally, we passed around dozens of ideas for sequencing because everyone interprets music differently and there’s no right way of doing it. When we do that, we always joke that we all have to be equally unhappy. But this is the one that works.”
To mark the announcement of Love Is Not Enough, the band have shared the album’s title track, which you can watch a video for below.
Deathwish Inc. / Epitaph Records will release Love Is Not Enough on February 13, 2026.
