Oren Ambarchi, Johan Berthling and Andreas Werliin have shared details of a new album, Ghosted III.
Spanning six pieces, the new record marks the third instalment of a series of collaborative records by the three artists, which began in 2022 (appearing among our favourite albums of that year) and continued in 2024 with Ghosted II. A press release says that this latest match-up finds them sounding “a little looser and wilder than before”.
Ambarchi plays guitar on the record, while Berthling handles bass and Werliin takes care of drums. It was recorded across three days last December at a studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
