Vince Clarke Shares Remix for The Hidden Cameras

The Erasure, Depeche Mode and Yazoo synthmeister has reworked Joel Gibb's track 'Undertow'

Vince Clarke of Erasure has remixed The Hidden Cameras.

Following on from the previously released Pet Shop Boys rework of another The Hidden Cameras track, ‘How Do You Love?’, which made our Music of the Month round-up for April, Clarke has now been enlisted to remix the track ‘Undertow’.

The synth artist and sometime member of Erasure, Yazoo and Depeche Mode has sprinkled all sorts of magic all over it – there’s even strong hints of early Depeche Mode and ‘Can’t Get Enough’ in there. You can listen to the remix below.

Covering the untimely end of a love affair and inspired by Patrick Cowley’s ‘Sea Hunt’, the original track has also been remixed by Local Suicide and Sasse, and is taken from forthcoming The Hidden Cameras album BRONTO.

Motor Entertainment will release BRONTO on September 12, 2025.
