Le Guess Who? has shared the full lineup for its 2024 edition.
Taking place across multiple venues in Utrecht, the festival’s 17th edition will newly take in live appearances from Creation Rebel, with accompaniment from Adrian Sherwood; GAIKA, performing with fellow South London artist James Massiah; Warp Records artist Wu-Lu; pianist and flutist Brian Jackson; Egyptian rap artist Abyusif; Quebecois singer and guitarist Myriam Gendron; and Jamaican dub producer Scientist.
British-Egyptian social and intellectual historian Hannah Elsisi has also been enlisted to curate a 13-hour durational performance called Chromesthesia, which will take in contributions from Ninja Tune artist Yaya Bey; New York-based ambient music producer Lamin Fofana; South African artist Sho Madjozi; and Venezuelan raptor house producer DJ Babatr; among others.
They join the previously announced likes of Kim Gordon; The Bug & Dis Fig; Kevin Richard Martin & KMRU; Theo Parrish; Rafael Toral; Tashi Wada; Still House Plants; and lots more on the lineup for this year’s event. Arooj Aftab, Bo Ningen, Crystallmess, DARKSIDE, Mabe Fratti and Touching Bass have all also been invited to curate part of the bill.
