Unsound has revealed a second wave of acts playing its 2024 edition this September into October.

Taking place across multiple Kraków venues under this year’s theme of ‘Noise’, Yellow Swans and Bill Callahan are among the names leading this latest announcement from the festival.

There will also be live sets from the likes of Keiji Haino, Antonina Nowacka and Laurel Halo, who will present 2023 album Atlas alongside cellist Leila Bordreuil. Manchester’s Rainy Miller will premiere a new work, titled Joseph, What Have You Done?, while Raphael Rogiński will present a show around the Unsound label reissue of his work Plays Coltrane & Langston Hughes.

Newly confirmed DJ sets at this year’s event will come from Hyperdub affiliate Heavee; CCL playing back-to-back with Lee Gamble; and Evian Christ playing back-to-back with EvilGiane.

They all join the previously announced likes of Lankum; Kali Malone; Slikback & Aïsha Devi; Anthony Braxton & Wolf Eyes; and Mica Levi & Sinfonietta Cracovia, among others, on the bill for this year’s festival.

Unsound will take place from September 29 to October 6, 2024. Find more information here.
