Acid Klaus Drops New EP with Help from David Holmes, Lias Saoudi and Maxine Peake

Ahead of a double shift at Krankenhaus Festival, Adrian Flanagan releases new music today on Golden Lion Records

The Walter White of Walkley, the Heisenberg of Hillsborough, Mr, Adrian Flanagan, has returned under his Acid Klaus guise to gift you, the dancing public, a new EP, with help from illustrious friends Maxine Peake, David Holmes, Lias Saoudi, Philly Piper, Cat Rin and Rosey PM.

The P.T.S.D. By Proxy EP released this morning is heralded by lead track ‘Losing Our Way’ with the dulcet tones of Maxine Peake and Rosey PM, which can be listened to below, and an absolutely blistering remix of ‘Aerodromes’ featuring Philly Piper by David Holmes, which can be seen below in a promo video which was filmed at The Golden Lion, Todmorden, by Ukrainian filmmaker Alexander Dobrev.

P.T.S.D. By Proxy EP is out now on Golden Lion Records.

The ever-retiring Flanagan, of Moonlandingz, Eccentronic Research Council, Kings Have Long Arms, Two Inch Mouth and, very briefly, The Mighty Fall, says: “As a human race or indeed – an inhumane race – collectively we do seem to be a bit lost, a bit out at sea without a paddle. Never seemingly learning from the mistakes of history. There’s this endless loop of pain, poverty, war, devastation – then we rebuild the mess then start again! Humans seem to me to be the most stupid of species of the animal kingdom!”

Flanagan is pulling a double shift at one of our favourite festivals, Krankenhaus, held at Muncaster Castle, in the Lakes, August 23 – 25, presenting a hybrid DJ set/Live PA as Acid Klaus and performing the excellent Dreamcatcher Tapes live with Eccentronic Research Council.

Acid Klaus is touring across the UK this Autumn.

All money raised by the EP goes to Medical Aid For Palestinians
