Welcome to the first monthly playlist of the brand new era of The Quietus. We hope you’ve been enjoying the new website – it’s been great to see such a positive reaction on social media and even people emailing in to say nice things, which in 2024 is basically like sending a carrier pigeon. We’re really chuffed to see it all going down so well. In case you’ve not yet had a look, the subscriber area of the site has been vastly improved, with all the different sections separated out so everything is in one place. This means that there’s now a huge archive of monthly playlists, featuring days (or probably weeks) of music that we’ve written about in recent years, all to be explored here.
