The first details for this summer’s Wysing Polyphonic festival have been announced with Moor Mother and Emptyset’s Paul Purgas tapped up to curate the bill at this year’s event.
Moor Mother will be artist-in-residence at Wysing Arts Centre through this summer, while Purgas has been involved with the organisation since Emptyset first played at their annual festival in 2012. The initial line-up that they have helped put together includes Aïsha Devi, DJ Haram, Caterina Barbieri, Laraaji, Ewa Justka, AGF, Lafawndah and more. Further acts will also be announced over the coming months.
