Radiohead: Making New Album Would ‘Kill Us’

Thom Yorke raises doubts over band's future

Radiohead lead singer Thom Yorke has hinted that the band may not record a new album because the creative process is too strenuous.

Although the band were widely expected to start work on the follow up to In Rainbows soon – with producer Nigel Godrich telling The Quietus that studio sessions were going well earlier in the year – Yorke has suggested that Radiohead aren’t in any hurry to release a new LP.

"None of us want to go into that creative hoo-ha of a long-play record again. Not straight off", he told Blender magazine.
