Random Acts is a series of late-night short films aired on Channel 4 with different figures taking up the role of curator for each series.
The third series sees actress Zawe Ashton, following on from appearances in Fresh Meat and Dreams of a Life, taking up the role of curator, calling upon the work of brand new names as well as more established filmmakers, exploring music, dance, visual art and more. The latest series sees Goldie make his directorial debut on a film called Mountains while Ashton debuts her own film, Lighthouse.
For this week’s episode though, airing on September 4 at midnight on Channel 4, artist Babak Ganjei shares Taste Of Your Own Food, a satirical comedy drawn and animated by Ganjei which sees him explore the world of dating in supermarkets.
