Faris Badwan Shares Experience Of David Bailey

The Horrors frontman points out that the fashion photographer has lost none of his charm

The Horrors’ Faris Badwan has shared some humorous experiences from a recent photo shoot which saw him be the subject of fashion photographer David Bailey’s camera.

Clarifying to fans that Bailey has lost none of his character as the years have passed, he posted on the band’s Facebook page sharing just a few choice phrases that Bailey said to him over the course of the shoot.

"Shooting with David Bailey the other day and his edges remain as sharp as ever," Badwan’s post said, adding "a few things he said to me during the shoot (bear in mind photographers traditionally try to put you at ease): ‘Is there ever any hope in your eyes?’, ‘Have you ever told anyone you love them?’, ‘Chin up kid’, ‘Eyes to me you long streak of piss’, ‘Hair in your eyes may look good in real life but in photos it makes you look like a wet Yorkshire terrier’."

Summing up, Faris describes the photographer as "my kind of guy". See the post for yourself here.
