Brian Eno Albums Set For Reissue

Four of the producer's albums will be reissued this summer

Four Brian Eno albums will be reissued on heavyweight double vinyl this summer.

The reissues will take in Eno’s 1974 debut Here Come the Warm Jets, his following album Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy), 1975’s Another Green World and Before and After Science, which was originally released in 1977.

The records have been remastered at half speed at Abbey Road Studios, and will be presented in deluxe gatefold packaging. Eno’s early albums came ahead of his move into exploring ambient music through the 1980s, and following a period as part of Roxy Music. "The ideas we hear in this early work continue to reveal themselves in Eno’s later ambient and electronic experiments," says a press release accompanying the announcement of the reissues.

The reissues will be available from August 4 and can be pre-ordered here. You can watch a trailer above.
