Barcelona’s Sónar Festival have announced details of their technology-focused +D programme with Dopplereffekt leading the way presenting a live show about the "origin and end of the universe".

The duo will release their first new album since 2007 next month via Leisure System, and will perform a show called Entropy with astronomer Dr. Dida Markovic and visual artists Antivj. The set will take place at Sónar By Day on June 15 in the auditorium of the SónarComplex.

The technology-focused arm of the festival runs alongside the music lineup as part of the festival’s day programme. Other highlights include various explorations of artificial intelligence and Virtual Reality. The full programme can be found here.
