Final Drexciya Album To Be Reissued

The album will receive a vinyl reissue for first time since release in 2002

Grava 4, the last album recorded by Gerald Donald and James Stinson as Drexciya, before Stinson’s death, is to be reissued for the first time since its original release in 2002.

The reissue will feature a reordered tracklist to the original edition with Clone’s Aqualung series, which has previously released old material by the pair, handling the release. The album arrived at the end of the pair’s Storm series with Tresor having released Harnessed The Storm earlier in 2002, and Stinson having released his classic solo LP, Lifestyles Of The Laptop Café, as The Other People Place on Warp the year before. That album will also receive a reissue on February 10.

Grava 4 is set for reissue in March 6. The album tells the story of the discovery of Drexciya’s home planet, following similar sci-fi themes to much other Drexciya material of the time.
