WATCH: New Piano Wire Video

Check out a new video from the group directed by Steve Gullick below

Dream Underground is the debut album from Piano Wire, a band which features The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster’s Andy Huxley and Sym Gharial, and its release is just around the corner, but before that, they have shared a new Steve Gullick-directed video for ‘Weird Heroes’ – you can watch it above.

The colourful video depicts the band playing the track live in the otherwise empty surroundings of the basement of Camberwell’s Flying Dutchman venue. The album, meanwhile, was recorded by the band over the course of eight nights last autumn and sees the band channelling their curious brand of pop music into its tracks.

Dream Underground is out on February 17, via the band’s own Hanging Houses label. They will soon announce their first signing to that label too. Tour dates with Steve Gullick’s Tenebrous Liar and punk rockers Horseflies will follow across March – to keep abreast of their tour dates, click here.
