The Moonlandingz Announce Debut Album

The Moonlandingz share details of their debut album; unveil video for 'Black Hanz'

Having grown out of a world of fiction into a real-life functioning band, The Moonlandingz have now announced their debut album.

Entitled Interplanetary Class Classics, the album will be released via Transgressive on March 24 and you can check out the video for lead track ‘Black Hanz’ above right now.

"It’s a celebration of the outsider, the depressed, the sexually inept, the disenfranchised, the politically unengaged or undecided, the bullied, the lonely, those people at point break," says Adrian Flanagan of the band. "And we really do seem to be reaching those very people who are looking for that voice in the dark, for that wonky discotheque that will relight the fire in their soul."

Phil Oakey does a brief guest turn on one track with Flanagan describing his appearance on a group chorus alongside the band’s Lias Saoudi and Rebecca Taylor as "like five generations of art school legends on one track."
